Students
For school and college students who want to build something real before they graduate. Weekly group sessions, a build project, and a route into the ecosystem's companies.
Early founders
For founders in their first three years, with something already shipped. Monthly 1:1s with me, a working session with the Talrop operating team, and access to the angel network.
Most first ideas are a solution looking for a reason. We take yours apart.
Something usable by a stranger, shipped, before we talk about anything else.
Not friends. Ten people who would notice if it disappeared.
Continue, change shape, or stop. Stopping well is a skill worth learning early.
Ask anything. I answer publicly so the answer is useful to more than one person.
I am in my final year and have an idea but no co-founder. Is it worth applying to the student track alone?
Yes. Roughly half of each cohort applies alone, and a good number leave with a co-founder they met inside it. Apply with what you have built, not with who you know.

How much time does the founder track actually take per month? I am running a team of four already.
One 1:1 with me, one operating review per quarter, and whatever you choose to bring to the group thread. Call it four hours a month. If it needs more than that, we have designed it wrong.
